Doug - are the sheet metal parts you produce at your work cut with cnc plasma, cnc laser, or?? You were talking about keeping them within 1/32" tolerance - which should be pretty easy to do using a cnc cutter. For manual work, that may be a bit more challenging.

Doug - I will look forward to hearing more about the techniques and machines you use at your work for cutting out your parts. I sometimes deal with a local sheet metal shop (Quality Sheet Metal Fabrications) and I know they use a cnc plasma cor cutting some of their parts. I expect they have other automated equipment as well.
