RazorWeld 45 consumables
Sorry this has probably been discussed here before, but I could not find an answer. I am running a RazorWeld 45 on the crossfire pro table looking for fine cut consumables for it. I am currently running what came with it, but not liking the cuts that its producing, it leaves dross sometimes and pierce marks on smaller cuts. Any help is appreciated thanks

Re: RazorWeld 45 consumables
I believe you can run the Hypertherm Powermax 30xp consumables in your RazorWeld 45 torch. Here is a link with some discussion about it.
https://forum.langmuirsystems.com/t/con ... 45/16628/2 You would probably need to set your current to 30 amps, and do some experimenting with your settings. At 30 amps, you would be cutting thinner material than what you would normally be cutting with your 45 amp consumables.

Re: RazorWeld 45 consumables
If you try the Powermax 30 consumables I would be interested to hear what sort of difference you see in cut quality.
