Lincoln electric p620 invertec

Hi all , newbie here
So i got this Lincoln electric p620 invertec second hand, seems quite a robust unit, so what I'd like to know if it is HF start or blowback since i am gonna use it with cnc
The torch that came with it is the original lc60
Also if this unit can handle some heavy duty 5mm cuts on cnc

The manual I found online shows this as a 60 amp unit.
The manual also shows the cutting charts for your material thickness, and how fast it will cut.

I believe that is a blowback start. With the electrode installed on the torch head is it spring loaded? Can you push it in and out?
