I dragged it into Paint 3D and then inkscape, to produce a .jpg. Then I imported it into DesignEdge and cleaned it up a bit. You might want to do more to it, but here is the file after 30 minutes of playing around ...

It occurs to me now that the bottom fillet of the lower bar is probably cropped from the original photo. I am sure you can make that adjustment!

I like to keep my skills sharp so I tackle stuff like this for the fun of it.

It isn’t a perfect match so if you need it to match exactly you’ll have to do a little bit of work to it.
