Everything was cutting good then, sparks started flying and cut looks like this?
Can someone tell me what my problem is???
12 gauge, 100 IPM, Thermal dynamics A40, THC on, 108 volts.

Is that the back or front?

I have had similar on my little machine which was caused by a lump of dross stuck on the front of the nozzle, no damage was done to the nozzle, just scraped it off and it was fine again.

That is the top, I checked the nozzle and electrode, cleaned them off and

Is the nozzle orifice still perfectly round and not blown out one side?

Yes, it appears to be in good shape, guess I will change it to see what happens.

First, change your consumables to rule that out.
Then, it might look like you're too high/too fast.
Or lack of air pressure.
If you've been running for a while,I would check #1, then
#3, then #2.
