Onsite Training

Post by bwiest »

I recently purchased a 5x10 table with a HP 85 from Burntables. I want to reach out and see if there is anyone in or around the Austin area that can do onsite training for our team? I would like someone to check our set up and help dial in the system for the best possible cuts. This would be a paid training session.

Thanks,
Bryan

Did you check with Burntable to see if they did onsite. We do for our systems, so thinking they do too.

They do but the person they send doesn't know much about the actual HP or setting other than the specific table. Zero knowledge on the software either. Very poor.

Sorry to hear:( Our support is what we pride ourselves on next to the design and build. You really can't have one without the other. Hypertherm tech support is awesome, you just have to ask, and of course Jim is in every CNC forum to help :) We like our customers to just call us, it's easier. Saves them time and us........time is MONEY :) We use Go t in o Assist as an Aide in teaching, but if it is like you say, then them remoting in and showing you first hand would not help one bit. Maybe someone else with a Table like yours can help you.
