Running plasmacam and hypertherm 65 fine cut and hand torch. Trying to cut alum tread plate and not mess up finish. Getting splatter on top. Any tips on cutting it...sprays like antisplatter work or maybe that laser film for laser cutting.

First thing , It is not splatter, it is spatter. 
And not that I have cut diamond plate yet, but most people cut it upside down so smooth side is easier for height control.

shane, go to http://plasmaspider.com/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=11737, shows a 4x9 sheet I cut with DHC, diamond on top...no sprays for sticking. Height Control ON
