I just stumbled onto this after trying to find the original plans for this.. Mine needs a makeover after seeing what you did to yours

Thanks guys, it was a fun build for a useful tool. I’m on my second motor now, good thing treadmills are plentiful and free on Facebook!
I think I'm the oldest 10 year old boy on the forum...
