help scaling DXF files in fusion 360

I recently downloaded a dxf from here and when I put it into canvas in Fusion, I can't figure out how to scale it

Cool Punisher file, thanks for bringing that to my attention!

Davids step by step is perfect and will work all the same on your Punisher design, I just did it myself and worked great scaling it up.

OK so I was able to scale the dxf however unlike last night I can't remember how to attach a sketch to a body. (think that's what I want to do) and use the trin tool to make the two one piece? is that correct and if so, can someone please tell me how to do it

You can create two separate bodies and then combine into a single body.

Or you can select your imported dxf sketch (with sketch open), select the drawing and then "Ctrl C" to copy. Close the sketch and open the other sketch and then "Ctrl V" to paste. So you have copied the sketch to another sketch which presumably has your other sketched drawing. Then use the move/copy tool to position the pasted sketch to the desired position and use the trim tool to remove the unwanted segments to create a "welded" or "unioned" single sketch. Then extrude the sketch for cutting and/or printing. You can export this finished sketch as dxf.

Good morning and thanks for all the help
I am currently working what feels like 2 jobs and by the time I sit with fusion at night its not till 8pm and by the time 1 am hits it all seems not to make sense
I was able to do this with a the punisher skull the night before but when it cam time to do a buck skull it all seemed like gibberish.
I appreciate both of you helping me!
How do I add screen shots to my post so I can show what I have done and what I am working on?

The educational account and the hobbyist/personal accounts should have the same drop-down menus. I am using the hobbyist/personal account version.

What is a fire ring?

I am building a slip roller that I designed and cut from fusion
Ill take the flat steel with the punisher dxf on it

design run it though the roller to make a ring
weld the seams
and shazam a fire ring

I think what is confusing and giving me the most trouble is if I have a sketch of the fire ring 16 tall 48 long that is a sketch. I draw in my mesh and extrude it and save it as a component
then I extrude the place in the fire ring I want to add the dxf bc I need an opening to put the soon to be extruded part. aka punisher skull
I then import the dxf as a sketch and scale to the opening in the extruded fire ring,
get it to fit and that where the trouble starts.

Unless you are using Fusion 360 to create your cut paths and g-code, you might consider drawing the whole thing with Inkscape. Then save as dxf and import to SheetCam for cut paths and g-code. If you are stuck using Fusion 360 for everything, then draw all or part of it using Inkscape and then import to Fusion 360. Just some ideas.

I drew it up quickly, so the mesh is not uniform. But I think you get the idea. You could do all of this in Fusion 360 as well.

Just follow the moves you see on the screen and you should have no problem but let us know.
