CNC z axis crashing

Post by jfields1818 »

I am running a jds garage plan table. I use fusion 360 and open builds post process. For some reason last night(after about 25 parts cut) now the z axis at the start is raising up and crashing against the stops. Nothing with the coding has been changed. I have the THC on idle. I even tried past jobs and they all are trying to run up about 7-8” when you start a job. Attached is the g code.

Any help would be great

Try manually rezeroing your z just above the material. It looks like your zero is outside the travel of your axis.

jfields1818,
Did you ever run JDS garage's THC ? How difficult compare to other THCs such as Proma 150 if you ever run ?
