hyperterm XPR170 error - chopper 1 to main can time out

I was cutting 10 mm table with 80amp consumable and studently stops. i'm getting this error massage and i dont' know what to do. I put brand new consumable and still. thanks.

Not real familiar with that machine but it sounds more like a communication error inside the machine. Your best to contact Hypertherm tech for this issue.

All Hypertherm system have manuals and they all will list error codes . If you don't have the manual then use the internet . Hypertherm has all of their info online There are all kinds of errors that are not related to consumables

Once you have the error code deciphered then either post it here or follow any suggestions in the manual and if its is too general then call Hypertherm support
