Lincoln Torchmate 4800 table problems

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me what is it with these tables. I have brought one brand new, have done less than a total of 2 hours cutting since owned it and have had nothing but issues with this machine.I have found that as I am in another country there is little to poor help and to be honest with the last email of help from lincoln, I think my 5 year old would have come up with a better line of thought on the issues.
I think I am over it and time to call in the lawyers to sort this as emails not working at all.

Is there anyone else in this boat as well??

I always had better luck on their forum than with tech service, but it appears to be gone now..
