If you using v- tipped nozzles , you can’t use shielded cap

This torch is a direct retrofit kit for the Everlast -- and much better IMHO. It is a shielded torch, It comes with everything you need to retrofit your torch cable for the screw-in PowerEdge Cutter torches; once you retrofit, you can then use any of PowerEdge Cutter's line of torch heads.
