Cloudy haze upon rinse

Post by JulietteInc »

Hi, I recently purchased a starter kit of patinas, I'm trying to make the most of my husbands new plasma table! Anyway, I tried my first patinas this weekend and I'm not sure what I did wrong but all that I tried ended up with a cloudy sort of haze on them almost immediately after rinsing. I don't know if it matters but we are on well water and the temperatures were pretty cold. I'm sure its operator error but I'm not sure how to fix it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

A haze only occurs on a couple of the patinas. All you need to do is wipe it off with a damp paper towel, then dry and clear-coat.
